Terms of Use
The website www.agenziaferrari.net (the “Website”) is managed by Ferrari Chiavari s.a.s. di Ferrari Paolo & C., with registered office at Via della Libertà 32, Rapallo (Genoa). The Administrator is an Italian company with registered and operating office in Rapallo (Genoa), VAT No. 03107630109. The terms and conditions set out below apply to the content of the entire Website and, together with any page or document to which such terms and conditions may refer, constitute the terms and conditions under which the Administrator allows use of the Website. Access to the Website’s content is subject to careful reading and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”). Use of the Website implies full acceptance of the Terms.
By logging in or using the services available on the Site, the User accepts these Terms of Use. If the User does not accept them, they must refrain from using the Site. Ferrari Chiavari s.a.s. invites Site Users to periodically review these Terms of Use and the other sections of the Site, such as the Personal Data Processing Notice (Privacy Policy) and the Cookies Notice (cookie policy), also in order to check for any updates or changes.
1. INTRODUCTION.
Industrial and intellectual property.
Ferrari Chiavari s.a.s. is the sole owner of the contents of the Site, including, by way of example and not limited to, texts, documents, images, logos, photographs, page layout, design, know-how; some of the aforesaid contents may be protected by copyright, trademarks, patents, models and/or other industrial and intellectual property rights recognized by Italian and international law. No content of the Site may be deemed or construed as licensed by Ferrari Chiavari s.a.s. or as the subject of any other right of use by users and/or third parties.
Many sections of this Site are accessible even without registration. Other sections, however, require registration by providing certain personal data identifying the user. For the processing of such data, the Administrator complies with the Privacy Policy.

Ferrari Chiavari s.a.s. reserves the right to disable at any time the identification code and/or password, chosen by the User or assigned by Ferrari Chiavari s.a.s., if, in its opinion, the User has not complied, even only partially, with these Terms.
If the User knows or suspects that another person is aware of their identification code or password, they must immediately inform Ferrari Chiavari s.a.s. by sending an email to info@ferrarihotels.eu.
4. User Conduct.
Except for personal data that will be processed in accordance with what has just been specified, any material, content, etc. transmitted or posted on the Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Therefore, the Administrator assumes no obligation with regard to such information and materials and will be deemed authorized to copy, transmit, disclose and use such materials, whether for commercial purposes or for other purposes.

The Administrator will actively cooperate with the public authorities in charge of carrying out investigations and will comply with any court order requiring or ordering the Administrator to disclose the identity of, or identify, the persons who transmit or post material that is not compliant with the law and/or with the provisions set out above.
5. Site registration
Each registration on the Site is valid for one user only. Any ID code, password, username or other, is an integral part of the security systems and procedures activated by the Administrator to protect the system and the data stored on the Site. Therefore, they may not be disclosed to anyone, not even within a group, even if identified.
